银行承兑汇票贴现利率不是计算出来的，而是单位去银行申请贴现的时候，银行对外公布的贴现利率水平是多少。单位向银行申请贴现时候的账务处理是，
借：银行存款—某某银行，
财务费用，
贷：应收票据—某某单位。
