餐饮业税负率一般是多少
税负率是指企业的税收负担所占的比例，其计算公式为：税负率=实际缴纳的税费/不含税收入*100%。在税收相关法律中，只规定了对应的税率，并没有规定税负率，企业按实际生产经营情况来确认即可。一般来说餐饮业的税负率在1%-2%之间居多。
